This notice explains how Vector Three Namibia uses information submitted through this website and its secure client portal.
Information we collect
We collect the contact, company, project and location details you choose to provide in an enquiry. For portal users, we also process account details, project access permissions and the files shared through the portal.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver project work, manage authorised portal access, provide project files and maintain appropriate security and delivery records. We do not sell personal information.
Access and confidentiality
Portal access is restricted to authorised users. Project information is only made available to the relevant client team and V3 Namibia administrators. Users must keep their sign-in details confidential and notify us if access should be changed or removed.
Retention and requests
We keep information for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, project, contractual, security and legal purpose for which it was collected. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to any lawful retention requirement.
